If you’re unhappy with your order due to receiving the wrong item, the wrong size, or another issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags (if applicable).
- The item must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will exchange it and send the replacement to you at no additional cost if the error was on our side.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds as a general policy. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where there is a genuine product quality issue that cannot be resolved through an exchange. Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within 1 business day.
After your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner (The Courier Guy or PEP PAXI), you’ll receive your tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey and stay updated on its delivery status. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 24 hours after your order has been processed, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
