Return & Exchange Policy

We strictly do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit only.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Exchanges or store credit will NOT be accepted for:
- Items returned after 7 days ย 
- Worn, washed, or damaged items ย 
- Sale items (unless defective) ย 
- Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a request.

Return Shipping:
- Covered by us if you received the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product ย 
- Otherwise, return shipping is the customerโ€™s responsibility ย 

Resolution:
- Approved returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit only ย 
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances
