Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after despatch . Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

• Express Delivery (2–3 Business Days): R200– Shipped via The Courier Guy or Aramex

• Standard Delivery: Delivered via PAXI R100(delivery times 3-7)

• Free Shipping: On all orders over R1500

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external courier delays.

Shipping Partners
Our primary partner for express deliveries is The Courier Guy. For standard shipping, we use PAXI to ensure your order reaches you safely. In some cases, Aramex may be used for faster regional delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email with full tracking information, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your order.

Delivery Areas
We currently ship within South Africa. If you live in an outlying area, delivery may take slightly longer. If we’re unable to deliver to your address, we’ll contact you directly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier issues, or unforeseen events. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
